Thanksgiving 2009

Aren't the holidays fun when you are with the people you love. I know that we had fun this year with my family. I also have fun with my family, plus you put food with the mix and it is a party. With all my brothers and sisters and then their kids it is a full house.
I do want to give thanks to my family and the great support that they give to us. You have always been there for us to give us love when we need it. Also not just my family but Tim's family too. I have the best family in the world and couldn't have asked for anyone better. Thank you again for everything.

Thanksgiving Fun

Over the Thanksgiving break Tim parents came out to Utah. Thay left there nice 75 degrees to come and spend time in our lovely 40 degrees. Why they were here we made sure that we had a great time and enjoy each other company. I think we did a good job!
When Linda and Jerry are out they rent a house to stay in. The house they got has a big yard so they brought their dogs. So you can just imagine how happy Penny was to have friends come and play with her. having friends for Penny always drains her energy. Thank you Barkley and Rubee for your help.

We went to the BYU vs Air Force game. The wind chill was crazy but the game was fun.
Porter got to play in the leafs for the first time and loved mostly throwing them at the dogs.
He really loves to play outside and just run any where he can.
Porter and Penny having fun in the backyard.
We also went to Temple Square to see the lights. I love seeing the lights every year.

Good thing we were bundled up for this cold night.

Just Can't Get Enough!

We can never get enough of Porter. He just makes are lives so much better in so many ways. Even when sometimes you are ready to just scream and pull out your hair. We are so glad that we have him in our lives.
With digital cameras we are always just taking random pictures of our little guy. I just want to share some and show our family and friends some great moments. Porter is getting so big and just growing up so fast that it is hard for us to keep up with it all. So glad we can look at pictures and remember back when and think and reflect.

This is Porter playing in our ottoman in the living room. He will pull out the blankets just so he can jump in and play.

Daddy with his little buddy. Porter loves to cuddle with Dad and watch ESPN. He for sure takes after his Dad in the sports world already.

This is my favorite picture of Porter. It shows how beautiful his eyes are. We just love how his eyes tell us the story.
Porter and Penny being so cute. We love are our little family.

New Me

I finally went dark!

Halloween 2009

This Halloween was full of fun and crazy time. My Mom had a Halloween party at her place where we played games decorated cookies and had some food. It is a good way that we all can get together and see what everyone is for Halloween. My family knows how to dress up and have a good time.
Trick or Treating was so much fun. He went with his cousin McKell, she is the best to take him. She was looking forward to take Porter just has much as we were she is Porter's favorite cousin.
I think more that us Parents got the better part of this holiday. Thank you Porter for being to young and little to eat the candy. I also want to tell McKell thank for allowing our little guy to go out with you. You are the best cousin and niece ever.

Game Day

The east coast powers that be decided to have College Gameday at BYU, which was great until TCU destroyed us.

It was a really fun atmosphere and tones of people showed up. Nearly everyone was a BYU fan, but there were several U of U and TCU fans there. The TCU fans are understandable, but I think all the Utah fans there should seriously re-evaluate what they have going on in their lives because there are a million and one better things they could have been doing -- but instead they chose to show up at a rally on the BYU campus just to be contrary.

Anyways, we took Porter and got lots of great video and pics. I hope Gameday comes to town every year.
